In this 9 week course you will establish practice routines to support your mental and emotional resilience, particularly in the current context of a global pandemic. You will : Orient to the big picture. Learn the basics and apply the kosha model, the gunas model, the 8 limbs of classical yoga. Learn and understand your personal klesa (hinderances) construction. Develop practice routines to establish your learning and integration. Receive support in an atmosphere of safety, encouragement and community. Weekly meetings are a combination of learning and embodiment practices. Shared reflections and community through Google classroom. Resource materials provided. Registration $225
