Yoga Nidra Series
This Friday evening Yoga Nidra series will offer you a delightful transition from the work week to the weekend through a generous dose of relaxation.

Yoga Nidra is both the yoga of sleep and the state between wakefulness and sleep. To dwell for a while in this state is restorative and transformative. Each session will begin with a brief introduction and check-in, a settling in and set up of props to promote the most ideal comfort in supported savasana.
We will consider sankalpa (intention). You will then be guided into an experience of yoga nidra, deep relaxation, and a gentle transition back to awakening and closure. Each week will offer variations and be tailored to the needs of the group.
Open to all, regardless of previous yoga experience. Bring a yoga mat and an eye pillow if you have one.
