PLEASE NOTE SESSION = 3 month enrollment We work together to establish your intention and each session is tailored to support you in meeting that intention. Private sessions are a combination of dialogue, breath, movement and mindfulness practices. Currently meeting online. Enrollment This service is offered as a total package ( 6.5 hours of 1:1 sessions online + unlimited group classes) in 3 months of enrollment. Enrollment includes: 1 90 minute assessment appointment 5 60 minute private sessions, bi-monthly Personalized daily practices based on assessment 3 months of unlimited yoga group classes Investment: $567 Online deposit of $284 Balance due at Session 3
