HATHA    breath, asana (postures) , philosophy, mantra, mudra (hand gestures) and meditation. All levels.


GENTLE/YOGA THERAPY FOR HEALTHY JOINTS AND MINDFUL MOVEMENT This class moves at a slow pace and can be practiced in a chair or on the mat. Suitable for senior students, injury recovery and those needing more individual instruction in a group setting. All levels.

PRANAYAMA & MEDITATION an 8 week course coming this Fall. Learn a variety of complimentary and essential breath and meditation practices to support you on and off the mat. All levels.

VIN to YIN  One meaning of Vinyasa is "to place in a special way" and has become associated with a more fluid progression. Yin is characterized by a slow steady hold of poses which invites opening to the fascial (connective tissue) layer. This class gets you moving then brings you into stillness. Intermediate level.

FOUNDATIONS class structure blends both workshop and practice and explores poses with variations, intentional breath, and awakening experience through the koshas (layers of being).  Topic based expanding on the 8 limbs, Sutras, and maps of yoga therapy. All levels.


HATHA to YIN Slower moving, longer holds in the beginning Hatha portion moving in to even longer holds in floor postures to deepen and explore release.

DIVINE YOGA NIDRA  The yoga of rest, and pure awareness. Comfort is key in savasana or side-lying, liminal space is occupied, healing happens. No experience necessary. Pre-registration required. 


Props available for all classes. You are responsible for your well-being. Please make your teacher aware of any injuries or concerns before the start of class.

Modifications and intensifications offered.

Warm (not hot) room temperature.
