Class Registration Instructions 
All group classes currently online via Zoom. Link to join will be emailed 30 minutes prior to the start of class. Registration closes 2 hours before class begins.

1. Click the time listed under the date for this class
    Details are summarized in the box to the right.

2. Choose Book a Session
   $18 for drop in or Buy a Pricing Plan, if you don't currently have a plan. You will be               redirected to Paypal to complete payment.
 You do not need a Paypal account and can use your credit or debit card.

If you do currently have a plan
 (enrolled in yoga therapy, purchased a 6 or 3 month membership or have a valid 5 or 10 class     card) be sure you are logged in and you will see your particular membership as payment.

GENTLE/YOGA THERAPY FOR HEALTHY JOINTS AND MINDFUL MOVEMENT This class moves at a slow pace and can be practiced in a chair or on the mat. Suitable for senior students, injury recovery and those needing more individual instruction in a group setting. All levels.

VIN to YIN  One meaning of Vinyasa is "to place in a special way" and has become associated with a more fluid progression. Yin is characterized by a slow steady hold of poses which invites opening to the fascial (connective tissue) layer. This class gets you moving then brings you into stillness. Intermediate level.

FOUNDATIONS class structure blends both workshop and practice and explores poses with variations, intentional breath, and awakening experience through the koshas (layers of being).  Topic based expanding on the 8 limbs, Sutras, and maps of yoga therapy. All levels.

DIVINE YOGA NIDRA  The yoga of rest, and pure awareness. Comfort is key in savasana or side-lying, liminal space is occupied, healing happens. No experience necessary. Pre-registration required. 

You are responsible for your well-being. Please make your teacher aware of any injuries or concerns before the start of class. Modifications and intensifications offered in a safe atmoshere of inclusivity and accesibility. If you can breathe, you can 'do'yoga! All are welcome.
