 29 Day Yoga Challenge        BUILD STRENGTH [TAPAS]

Begins Saturday, February 1, 2020

Kick off the Yoga Challenge with class 8-9:15

followed by Challenge meeting until 10

Come to class and commit to a month of disciplined yoga practice to build strength.

Tapas is the yogic practice of discipline, zeal, building heat, burning off.

What better way to have fun in this practice than with community?

Who among you will attend the most number of classes in February?

Where do you need to fortify?  Wrists, upper body, core?

Or perhaps it’s strengthening your discipline to practice or strength of mind?

Whatever it may be, this is the time to BUILD YOUR STRENGTH [TAPAS]

Following class, we will bring shape to your intention for the Challenge, register you on our Commitment Board & connect on the Facebook group to help us all stay together and accounted for in this month of fortification.

BASICS WORKSHOP

Beginner Yoga Workshop

Learn the basics: simple components of standing poses, breath, awareness and relaxation. Everything you need to begin a practice or review the foundations

 

Workshop + 5 week Beginner Course

Sundays, March 1st  - March 29th 

2-3 pm

Sign up for 5 more weeks and develop your foundational skills while establishing yourself in the discipline of practice. We will reinforce learning from the workshop plus add sun salutes, warriors, linking breath and movement, establishing strength and ease, improved flexibility and relaxation.

Wear comfortable clothing, bring water and your own mat/props (if you have them)

extras available at the Center.

Participants purchasing workshop + course eligible for 10% discount on 10 class membership purchase on 3/29/20.
