6 month enrollment We work together to establish your intention and each session is tailored to support you in meeting that intention. Private sessions are a combination of dialogue, breath, movement and mindfulness practices. Currently meeting online. Enrollment This service is offered as a total package ( 11.5 hours of 1:1 sessions online + unlimited group classes) in 6 months of enrollment. Enrollment includes: 1 90 minute assessment appointment 10 60 minute private sessions, bi-monthly Personalized daily practices based on assessment 6 months of unlimited yoga group classes Investment: $1018 Online deposit of $255 Balance due at Session 3,5,7
